The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, a country made pistol with a live cartridge is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 8.1.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. Heard learned APP for the State.

No.45267 of 2021(2) dt.29-01-2022 2/2 taking into consideration the facts of the together with the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case no. 11 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-I, Nawada, District Nawada.
