2. Learned counsel for the State has produced the order dated 03.05.2025 passed in Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2025-26 which suggests that encroachment over the land in question has been removed by the authority concerned and hence the present writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the aforesaid, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an statutory appeal under the Act before the appropriate authority.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
