The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sherghati Dhobhi P. S. Case No. 456 of 2019 dated 01.10.2019, instituted for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and his implication in the present case is only on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he is a Peon in Sanskrit college in Gaya.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner and the nature of accusation, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Sherghati Dhobhi P. S. Case No. 456 of 2019.

The petition stands allowed.
