JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 8 of the Protection of Children for Sexual Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping sister of the informant and also giving threatening to his mother for not to give evidence in the earlier case of kidnapping. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 28.6.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. The victim has been examined under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in which she has not named this petitioner. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
