The petitioner seeks bail in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 102/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner and Pappu Singh were apprehended. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 21.07.2014. He has already remained in jail for 13 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Jamalpur P.S.
