Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 10 litre country made Mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, for which petitioner is in jail custody since 01.04.2019, accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 3477 of 2019 arising out of Phulwarishariff (Janipur) P. S. Case No. 319 of 2019.
