JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 7.7.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No.15092 of 2020. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to communication gap between the petitioner and the advocate appearing on his behalf in the case, petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the time as directed by this Court vide order dated 7.7.2020.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, modification petition is allowed. Petitioner is granted six weeks further time to surrender before the Court below in view of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5203 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2021 2/2 aforesaid order.

Order dated 7.7.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
