2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 237(C) of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.
3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute. The complainant is wife of the petitioner. She alleges atrocities by her husband and his family members for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the complainant has already filed a divorce case against the petitioner. She is not willing to reside with the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37694 of 2025(4) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 whereas the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with full dignity and honour. It has further been submitted that without intimation to the petitioner, the complainant has withdrawn Rs. 12 lakhs from the joint account.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Complaint Case No. 237(C) of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
