The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 135/2009, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The police apprehended four accused persons and alleged that they were preparing for committing dacoity. The petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. The apprehended accused persons disclosed the name of the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 135/2009.
