JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 354B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he made attempt to commit rape upon daughter of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 26.5.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. It is being expected that petitioner wanted to commit rape upon the victim. There is no substantive evidence to show that he really intended to commit rape upon the victim. It is further submitted that petitioner may be released after completion of six months from 26.5.2015.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the
