2. This application has been filed for proper investigation of Bodhgaya (Cherki) P.S. Case No.96 of 2018.
3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the police has wrongly let off Rahul Kumar during investigation and final report has been filed.
4. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move before the concerned
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1219 of 2025(2) dt.10-07-2025 2/2 Magistrate for redressal of his grievances, by way of filing an application, in the light of Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P., reported as (2008) 2 SCC 409.
5. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the concerned Magistrate in accordance with law.
