With the help of this writ application, made under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner, who is one of the co-villagers, has sought for issuance of an appropriate writ for construction of road.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is an

Patna High Court CWJC No.15679 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2016 2/2 interested person, his claim that he has no direct or indirect interest, is nothing but farcical and motivated. Situated thus, it becomes clear that this Public Interest Litigation is wholly misconceived and is, therefore, dismissed.
