Parties agree that fresh demarcation over the land in question should be done in presence of the petitioner and the Railways.

The Circle Officer, Bettiah, West Champaran is

Patna High Court CWJC No.3311 of 2018(5) dt.10-11-2022 2/2 directed to demarcate the land of the Railways and put pillars so that the Railways do not have any objection with regard to the enjoyment of the private land in question. The demarcation must be done within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

If there is any violation of this order, the petitioner will be at liberty to file an interlocutory application for initiating a contempt proceeding against the officials.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is allowed.
