This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Alamganj P.S. Case No. 49 of 2021 (Special Case No. 659 of 2021) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(9), 36 and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018. The petitioner was a tenant in the premises from which recovery of liquor was made. Before the recovery was made he has already vacated the same which is apparently clear

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Alamganj P.S.
