JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 304B, 498A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Allegation against the petitioners, who happens to be the Bhasur, Nanad, Gotini and Mausi of the deceased and the case is of dowry death.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and the whole family members have been made accused in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33079 of 2019(4) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 case. Moreover, the husband of the deceased is in custody. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar, in connection with Dumraon P.S.
