Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner Pankaj Yadav and Sajjan Yadav are alleged to have assaulted Budhan Yadav with the butt of the pistol. Budhan Yadav got one injury on head. Sajjan Yadav has already been enlarged on bail.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that Budhan Yadav got grievous injury on his head but two persons, namely, Sajjan Yadav and the petitioner are alleged to have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38649 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 assaulted Budhan Yadav. Only one injury has been found to be grievous. Sajjan Yadav has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2014.
