JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been paid the leave encashment amount and contradictory stands are being taken by the respondents inasmuch as earlier it was not stated that there is no leave to the credit of the petitioner, but now, it is contended by the respondents that there is no leave available, hence, no leave encashment amount is payable. The further grievance of the petitioner is regarding erroneous payment of ACP, on account of which the petitioner stands to loose one and half years qua the benefits to be granted under the said head.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2697 of 2018(4) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 As far as the aforesaid grievances are concerned, this Court deems it fit and proper to relegate the petitioner to the remedy of filing a representation before the Respondent No. 6 within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by passing a reasoned order by the Respondent No. 6 within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
