We do not find any reason to entertain this appeal for the reason that by the impugned judgment, the State has been asked to decide the case of the respondents, which has not yet been decided.

Let the directions in the judgment dated 11.10.2018 be complied with as expeditiously as possible.

We see no merit in this appeal and thus we dismiss it.
