The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 420, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66(A)(D) of the I.T. Act. The petitioner and Rafi Alam are said to have wrongly withdrawn Rs. 10,000/- from the account of the informant through ATM.

Submission is that similarly situated co-accused Rafi Alam has already been enlarged on bail. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. The petitioner is in jail since 17.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
