The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Mahalgaon (Jokihat) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 302 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

The husband of the informant was killed inside his house. In the FIR, altogether 11 persons including the petitioner have been named. They are alleged to have assaulted the informant, as also to her son and daughter on the fateful night. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence, I am
