2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons are said to have killed the deceased. The dead body was found hanging and there is no ante-mortem injury on the body of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are quite innocent and have not committed any offence. He submits that except suspicion there is no material

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
