The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 407, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation name of the petitioner surfaced in the case from the mouth of the co-accused in his confessional statement. Save and except confessional statement of co-accused the police did not collect any further evidence.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in Dehri (T) P.S.
