2. The petitioner is the informant on whose statement Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 36/2014 for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 325, 448 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code was registered on 6th of February, 2014.

3. A perusal of the petition shows that after completion of the investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted on 31st of October, 2014 and the matter is pending before the Court.
