The petitioner seeks bail in Manjhi P.S. Case No.235 of 2020, registered under Sections 30, 30(a) and 38(i) (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant got information and on such intercepted two vehicles and recovered 96 and 170 litres of liquor respectively from the two vehicles. The petitioner was sitting in the vehicle from which 170 litres of liquor was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Manjish Kumar, the co-accused, who was sitting in another vehicle from which 96 litres of liquor was recovered has already been granted bail by order dated 11.11.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No.29521 of 2020. The petitioner is in jail for about four

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely, Pawan Kumar is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (Excise), Saran in connection with Manjhi P.S.
