JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the case diary. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kochas P.S.Case No.214 of 2018 registered for an offence under sections 366(A) and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

In view of the statement of the victim made under section 164 of the Cr.P.C., that she went out of her own sweet will and she married with the petitioner in Buxar and also wants to go to the house of the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2019 and having no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
