BAJANTHRI) 30-04-2024 In the present M.J.C. No. 1584 of 2023, petitioner has sought for recalling the order dated 06.08.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1570 of 2017 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 12911 of

Patna High Court MJC No.1584 of 2023(3) dt.30-04-2024 2/2 2011.

2. Co-ordinate Bench on 06.08.2018, rejected the L.P.A. No. 1570 of 2017 on the score that there is non compliance to office objection.

3. For the reasons stated in the present M.J.C. and in the interest of appellant, we recall the order dated 06.08.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1570 of 2017 while restoring the L.P.A. No. 1570 of 2017 on the file.

4. Registry is hereby directed to list L.P.A. No. 1570 of 2017 before the concerned roaster Bench at the earliest, subject to payment of cost of Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) by the petitioner. Cost shall be remitted in the Patna High Court Legal Services Authority within a period of four weeks from today.
