Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act and Section 30(A) of Excise Act.

Near about 60 pouches, containing 200 ml each, of country-made liquor as well as one Katta and two cartridges were recovered from the hut of the petitioner but admittedly, petitioner was not caught on the spot.
