Petitioner seeks bail in Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case no. 133 of 2019 registered under sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant named the petitioner and others and alleged that petitioner kidnapped his minor daughter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim was examined under section 164 Cr.P.C. She disclosed that she left her house and went along with petitioner. She also solemnized marriage with the petitioner. Since age of the victim was assessed about 16 years by the learned Magistrate, petitioner was not granted bail.

From perusal of the statement of the victim, it would appear that victim denied the factum of her kidnapping. She

Taking into consideration the facts, petitioner is in jail for the last 13 months, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.
