JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For direction upon the authorities of Education Department for taking appropriate steps for cancellation of registered sale deed No. 2445, dated 14.8.2020, relating to the land of the upgraded Middle School Musepur, Garhpura, situated in the District of Begusarai.

(ii). For taking appropriate departmental action against the Head Master, upgraded Middle School Musepur, Garhpura who despite knowledge allowed the sale deed to be executed and even after direction from the revenue

Patna High Court CWJC No.10257 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 authorities, did not take any action either to institute first Information report or to take steps for cancellation of sale deed."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState submits, by referring to paragraph no. 14 of the counter affidavit filed in the present case by the Respondent-State that legal action is being taken for the purposes of cancellation of the sale deed in question, hence, the petitioner should not have any grievance at the moment.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if it be so, the present writ petition be disposed off, however, with a direction to the Respondents to expedite the aforesaid legal process for cancellation of the sale deed in question. It is directed accordingly.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
