2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 842 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 309(6) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of having fired at the victim while committing loot, which caused injury in the leg of the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 5.3.2025.

5. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused and the petitioner is accused in four more serious cases.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
