The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachment over the Gair-mazarua public land bearing Thana no. 458 Khata No. 136 Khesra no. 207 area about 66 decimal by the villagers at Mauza Amawa Anchal Kateya District Gopalganj."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.8430 of 2024(2) dt.18-07-2024 2/2 Officer, Kateya, District-Gopalganj, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
