The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry his daughter was killed by her husband and other in-laws. The petitioners are sister-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
