Petitioner is in custody in connection with Complaint Case No. 549 of 2017 for the offence under sections 406, 420, 341, 323, 379, 427, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant case has been lodged on account of non-execution of sale deed after receipt of the consideration money. Learned counsel submits that for execution of sale deed there is remedy available under the law and therefore, the petitioner deserves bail.

No.34501 of 2019(2) dt.27-05-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the dispute relates to execution of sale deed, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Patna City, in connection with Complaint Case No. 549 of 2017.
