The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that two accused persons exploded bombs to terrorize the informant and others in order to realize extortion. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. Similarly situated co-accused Umesh Kumar Rai has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38684 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, East Champaran at Motihari in Rajpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014.
