Learned counsel for respondents submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been paid all lawful dues. Considering the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority by filing representation alongwith a copy of this order, if the petitioner has any of the lawful dues.
