JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-12-2020 Heard Mr. Prateek Tondon, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khodawandpur P. S. Case No. 84 of 2019 dated 08.05.2019, instituted for offences under Sections 399, 402, 414, 224 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, 1959. The petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of confession made by some of the arrested accused persons of this case.

The petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33548 of 2020(2) dt.16-12-2020 2/2 and some of the accused persons have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner and taking into account the fact that in an earlier case in which the petitioner was made accused, he has been granted bail, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai, in connection with Khodawandpur P. S. Case No. 84 of 2019 .

The petition stands allowed.
