The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307, 120(B) and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a,26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have made indiscriminate firing causing injury on the head of Rajiv Kumar. There is omnibus and general allegation of firing. Similarly situated co-accused Munna Yadav and Janardan Yadav have already been enlarged on bail by the court below itself.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38654 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Manshi P.S. Case No. 228 of 2013.
