The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Ramesh Prasad with sword on his right hand palm. There is no repetition of blows. No injury report is annexed with the case diary. Similarly situated co-accused Om Prakash Yadav has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide A.B.P. No. 9846 of 2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40280 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 181 of 2015.
