The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 395, 397/412 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner was involved in the loot from the house informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and the petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2020.

Considering the fact that the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and the petitioner has remained in custody for more than one year, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
