JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-08-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment from public land as well as from the municipal land appertaining to RS Khata No. 836, RS Plot No. 2934/1995 and 1995/1899 situated in village-Tenduni within the municipal limits of Bikramganj

Patna High Court CWJC No.1397 of 2018(4) dt.23-08-2022 2/2 (Rohtas), which is a public land.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
