Raising a grievance, the petitioner approached the respondent-Deputy Collector Land Reform under the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act 2009 (for short "The Act"). The Court by an order dated 04.11.2011 disposed of the same, whereby the petitioner was found entitled to possess the land obtained by the sale deed. The writ application raises a grievance that the said order has not been implemented so far.

Section 15 of the Act vests the power in DCLR to

Patna High Court CWJC No.7620 of 2014 (2) dt.20-10-2016 2/2 execute the order passed by him. The petitioner may approach the said court/authority for implementation of the order in accordance with the provisions contained therein.

If any such application/request is filed/made, the concerned authority will examine and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
