By the impugned order, the court below has only restored the title appeal after condoning the delay on payment of Rs. 1000/- to be paid to the petitioner in the court below. Since the title appeal has been restored for disposal on merit, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
