The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named six persons and alleged that they plucked mango from his trees, when his wife Lukhiya Devi objected, the accused persons assaulted her. The informant having received the information came to his village on 23.05.2015 and when the informant went to enquire, again the accused persons assaulted his wife with fists and slaps and pressed her chest and neck.

It is submitted that no external or internal injury was found on the person of the deceased. The deceased died her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38558 of 2015 (2) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 natural death. The post-mortem report shows that the deceased died due to chronic illness.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.
