The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. A case was registered against unknown for looting the truck loaded with flour. The petitioner is not named and nothing has been recovered from his possession. Save and except confession of the petitioner, the Investigating Officer did not collect any tenable material to show the involvement of the petitioner in the case. The petitioner is in jail since 6.2.2015 but he has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
