The petitioner seeks bail in Araria (R.S.) P.S. Case No.47 of 2020 registered under Sections 436, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant in sum and substance alleged that the petitioner and other accused persons are habitual to take ganja and when the informant objected, the petitioner and others are alleged to have set ablaze the house of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nobody has seen the petitioner igniting fire in the house of the informant. Only on mere suspicion and on account of previous enmity, petitioner has been made accused in the case. Petitioner is in jail since 12.06.2020. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months.

P.S. Case No.47 of 2020.
