JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 29-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an undertaking to remove all defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter as and when required. It is accordingly directed that all defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one month hereof.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Sanjay Kumar Jha states that the petitioner has been granted bail under Section 167(2) of the Cr. P.C. and as such the instant petition for grant of bail has become infructuous. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. Permission is accorded. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
