2. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the order dated 14.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17738 of 2024, the present criminal miscellaneous has become infructuous. As such, he seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal miscellaneous.

3. Learned counsel for the Enforcement Directorate submits that it is a case filed by the petitioner and if he wants to withdraw, he has no objection for the same.

4. Hence, the present bail application stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
