The petitioner is languishing in jail since 16.04.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 399 and 402/411 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(II) and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.
As per allegation, it is a case of recovery of some arms and some narcotic substance from the possession of the accused persons.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no

No narcotic substance is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The other coaccused persons has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr.Misc.No.38196 of 2015, Cr.Misc.No.37153 of 2015 and Cr.Misc.No.28437 of 2015.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochaha P.S.Case No.58 of 2015.
