The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.03.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 468, 471 and 414 of the IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner, 18 litres of Nepali liquor along with a stolen motorcycle were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, statement to that effect has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition. Learned APP submits that recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner.

Case No. 21 of 2019.
