2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 07.07.2021 passed by the A.C.J.M.-IV, Arwal in Karpi P.S. Case No.155 of 2019 by which cognizance for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code has been taken against the petitioner.

3. The contention of the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner before it was caught that the petitioner has obtained job on forged marksheet and certificate, he had resigned and his case is similar to that of others who are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47766 of 2021(3) dt.20-03-2025 2/2 covered by the amnesty scheme of the Government in the case of Ranjit Pandit.

4. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 07.07.2021 passed by the A.C.J.M.-IV, Arwal in Karpi P.S. Case No.155 of 2019 and all other consequential proceedings arising out of Karpi P.S. Case No.155 of 2019 is hereby quashed.
